What time should I arrive?

Please plan on arriving at 4:30 to provide ample time to find parking and seating. We ask that if you arrive past the ceremony start time, you hang out in the cocktail hour area.

What is the dress code?

We ask that guests wear semi-formal attire. For women, this may include an ankle-length dress, a jumpsuit, or coordinated separates. For men, business casual attire is encouraged — jackets and ties are welcome but entirely optional.

Can I bring kids?

Kids are invited to our welcome party the night before the wedding, but wedding day will be 21+

Where Should I stay?

If you wish to stay near the venue, we will soon be providing information for a hotel block near the airport which will also provide a free shuttle to/from the wedding. If you would like to be closer to other events (the welcome/after parties), we would suggest booking a hotel downtown. If you'd prefer an Airbnb, we recommend searching in the Fan, Museum District, or Carytown. Ubers are typically inexpensive in Richmond and it would be about a 10-15 minute Uber to the venue from downtown. If you have any concerns, Liv and Noah would be happy to help you figure out the best accommodations.

What is the Welcome Party?

This is Liv and Noah's 6th year with season tickets to the local soccer club, the Richmond Kickers. They are excited to share one of their favorite activities with their friends & family. A taco bar & drinks will be provided. Kids are also welcome to join in on the fun for this event. We ask that you tell us how many people will be joining when you RSVP.

What is the After Party?

Village Cafe is one of Liv & Noah's favorite spots to grab a drink in Richmond (and where Liv worked while she was finishing college). It has been the cause and cure for many hangovers. The owners are shutting down the restaurant for us to come celebrate the rest of our night there. Anyone who is not done partying with us is welcome to come and join. We apologize in advance but this part of the evening will not be an open bar - drinks are cheap though!

What dietary restriction accommodations are available?

We are able to accommodate celiac, gluten intolerance, vegetarian, and vegan diets. With the RSVP, there will be a section to provide dietary restrictions. It is crucial to provide accurate information in advance so that our vendors can appropriately plan to avoid cross-contamination.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

We plan for the ceremony to be outdoors, but the venue has a large indoor ceremony space in the case of poor weather. The reception will be inside their year-round tent regardless of weather. The September weather in Richmond typically has highs in the upper 70s/lower 80s during the day, and lows in the upper 50s/lower 60s in the evening.
